        Absolutely the worst company I have ever come across! Paid for a scooter at the beginning of Jan which never arrived due to some mess up with how they packed it! It took very nearly 3 months to get a refund after 22 emails! They care absolutely nothing about their customers!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

        Great company. From ordering to delivery nitrotek kept me informed of my orders progress. Item arrived earlier than expected. Delivery time window was given and i received update emails throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to use nitrotek again and would highly recommend.

        This company will take your money, send you faulty goods but not refund you. Even when they receive the faulty goods back you have to argue for about a month to get a refund! Honestly please read all the negative reviews on here before you buy from them
