Awful service. Ordered 2 placemats 8 weeks ago. Was told would be contacted when ready - no call - after 3 weeks went back in and was told not ready but would be following week. Went back in - not done - went back - wrong size made!!! Have been in 3 times since and been promised each time that they would be ready. Finally demanded a refund. Basic customer service skills needed - dont lie to customers and fulfil orders you take or dont take them.

Purchase was sent after the fight with seller and later they blocked us. Very slow business. We never had experience like with your store. You destroyed important event. Several times we asked the tracking number. Total ignore. Finally got the item in 1,5 months after order been placed. VAT was not included in the price. That was strange. We paid on top of the order to the custom plus service. Result is double price, did not get item on time.

Very disappointing service. Tried repeatedly to get in contact to no avail. On one occasion woman answered the phone she was dismissive and rude despite the delivered item being incorrect. Have been unable to contact since and still awaiting replacement. Such a shame as we love supporting local businesses and a good cause but the service has to be acceptable. Please sort it out!
