What a fantastic funeral service. Ian and his team were extremely helpful, caring and compassionate. Beautiful cars and the whole family were treated with the utmost respect. Nothing was too much trouble. I would have no trouble recommending this service to anyone. Thank you Ian Mann Funeral Services. You made the familys day that little more bearable.

My family and I could not recommend Ian Mann and Company highly enough. From the first phone call, taken by Barbara Mann, who is amazing, to handling Mums remains, they have been so helpful and incredibly professional. Ian and everyone else have helped guide us through difficult times with such discretion, compassion and kindness. We used them for both my Father in 2017 and now my Mum in 2023. You are sure to be in good hands using Ian Mann Funeral Directors. I was saddened the poor review and find it difficult to believe that, unless there were exceptional circumstances, Ian would be anything other than the consummate professional. I can only assume that something awful must have befallen Ian prior to the phone call.

If I could give it more stars I would. I cannot recommend Richard and his team enough. From the very first phone call the service we received was exceptional. My husband was treated with respect and professionalism and I truly believe I could not have trusted him with anyone else....they treated him like the hero he was. Richard went above and beyond with his care for the whole family, nothing was too much trouble whilst he guided us through the whole process. He really thought of everything! Julia, the Celebrant, did an amazing job, it really felt like she knew my husband and conveyed our love for him beautifully. The most difficult period of our lives was made so much easier by the compassion, empathy and professionalism of this amazing Company. Thank you x

We cant recommend this company enough. From my initial call the morning my Dad passed away, guiding us through the funeral process, to the after care and follow up they have been incredible, showing compassion, kindness and expertise. Richard has gone above and beyond to make this difficult time as easy and as bearable as possible. We have all felt both my Dad and our family were being exceptionally well cared for. Richard listened to exactly what my Dad and we wanted and supported us through organising the most beautiful celebration of my Dads life. No detail was left to chance. The level of personalised service was excellent for a very reasonable price. Richards care, compassion and knowledge are a credit to the company.
