An exellent place to stay, beautiful late 19th century arts and crafts house large and remarkably intact, a purists dreem really is, a stay here is worth it just to see an exeptional survivor from this style of late 19th design. Hospitality was superb, food was superb and genuine sincere hospitality. The views from our room was superb it was large well and sympatheticaly furnished and SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, we both canot recomend enough. Noteworthy details: Exeptionaly well preserved Arts and crafts designed house. Superb example

Great place for a stop off. Quirky Interior and rooms were clean and tidy. Front of house lady and gent who served breakfast were great and friendly but there were another couple who worked there and the gent on 3 occasions never replied once to me when I said hello. Lots of gastro pubs in the village. The midland and the royal Scot were great. Nearby train station, fish and chip shop and Indian. Overall would certainly recommend and revisit
