        Jon was polite and friendly. After a few failed attempts at finding the problem in a garage and wasting a few new batteries, Jon diagnosed the faulty alternator and gave me a quote. He was happy to stick to this quote, despite suppliers making mistakes with parts, resulting in extra visits to fit parts. He also came out on a weekend day, which he wouldnt normally work, in order to fix the car and let me drive to our holiday destination the same day. He was knowledgeable and very approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again in the future. Thank you Jon. Services: Electrical, Battery
