Ignore the negative reviews, since Jackson's became our milk delivery company we cannot complain. The milk has been delivered by 5am and the fact it maybe delivered on 3 days, none of our milk has gone off, isn't that what a fridge is for. No problems when we need to cancel delivery when on holiday. Regarding the comment about not using dairy products, what are dairy farmers supposed to do? Cull all the cows, who will do that.

Long time customer (10+ years). Generally all has been fine with deliveries over the years. Yes, over that time there have been a handful of missed or late deliveries, and a small number pints that were off during very hot summer months. However, an email to their customer services account always got things sorted with the redelivery or replacement. I've never had any real problems when dealing with the dairy. In recent months the cost of a pint of milk has gone up significantly. I would only know about this once I received my monthly bill. I know there are huge inflationary pressures in dairy farming at the moment (March 2023) and during the last few months. I'm also realistic that supermarkets effectively sell milk as a loss leader and the supermarket prices do not reflect the real cost of dairy production. As such, I empathise with farmers and dairies. However, it would have been nice to receive an email notifying me about the price increase, and an explanation of why. I would hope that most people are sympathetic to the reasons why and the pressures faced by farmers, particularly since Brexit.
