        Lovley place but hands down the worst road Ive been down even in an off-road vehicle. Both routes in are a long track. Both tracks are FULL of potholes so if you are in a sports car or have children in the car who get sick easily be warned. Such a shame.

        Be aware that this is only open the last Sunday of everyone. Also be aware that the track to this is very poor and you really need a 4x4. I would suggest parking in mellor and walking There are some nice walks and lanes around it

        Was hiking in the area and passed it changed a lot from when I was a youngster we went there fishing . Now it does tea dances and craft shows candle making and other activities still very scenic and plenty of Pat's to walk along the got valley.
