Which is costly but very nice way to develop new areas.
Nearly 3 crors is prices
Rooms are small but with full equipment good place to invest.

The area around the main entrance of the estate by the roundabout is always extremely well-maintained. However, this is not the case INSIDE the estate where trees, shrubs and turf are often left to die or become overgrown with weeds.
Go and have a look. It looks awful and nothing is being done about it.
BUYERS BEWARE The trees on the Site Plan shown to the paying public are only an "artist's impression" of what things could look like. However, they don't appear like that in reality, which is really disappointing.
