Would not recommend this taxi firm at all. Have used them on various occasions allot of long journeys. I've had one driver stop at a roundabout due to using a mobile for texting. Second driver today on a journey used a mobile to take a call from a family/friend of which he was holding the device to his ear. Was told to delete my images of the driver and I would be compensated one free journey.

I ordered a taxi from this Company for my elderly mother who had to visit her Doctor and did not have any transportation. She was very nervous about using a taxi and with COVID-19 safety measures in place a little concerned about having to make her own way to the appointment and get back on. Azar was very understanding and assured me she would be well looked after. My mother was delighted by her experience - the driver was nicely chatty, he made sure she was ok and as requested waited to bring her back home. This positive experience could make a lot of difference to what she does in the future and as a family we cannot thank the Company and driver enough for giving her not only excellent service but that extra confidence.
