        Recently had a treatment from Claire, and I couldnt recommend her any more highly :) The sports massage was of massive use in helping me prep for a major rugby competition, and Claire was super friend & easy to talk to!

        Mark was great, after listening to my explanation of my problem he quickly diagnosed what he thought was causing it and treated it. I have been twice and both massages have helped and he has set me some exercises to do

        Mark is the best physio I have been to. He put me totally at ease, is very knowledgeable and charming. Came away feeling so much better.

        Cannot recommend Mark and Claire more highly. Both my husband and I use them. I recently injured my back and Mark got me moving after 1 session and I immediate felt looser and more at ease. A couple of sessions and some given exercises and I feel better than before!
