        My Mum lives here and Red Kite staff were very helpful when I had an emergency flight over when my father died suddenly. Guest room had some plumbing issues, but so helpful to have a low-priced place to stay when visiting my mother who lives just upstairs. Have used it several times. Saying that, Red Kite really needs to meet with and respond to residents needs in more timely manner. Not having a live-in or more hours for a part-time warden is not good and the term "sheltered housing" is misleading.
