        I have been seeing Helena for the last 4 years and cannot recommend her enough. She is a very good teacher, and can always offer an alternative position if needed. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology is excellent. She constantly challenges me which is what I like, and makes it interesting and fun.

        Helena is a Pilates pro, in one session I felt at ease and despite being on zoom found her class easy to follow, but definitely not easy Pilates!! A few tweaks to correct my posture and alignment has ensured I was performing each exercise correctly & this has changed the way I will practice, Thankyou!
