At Emm Pilates you feel that you're having a one to one session in a group. Emm makes sure each person is correctly positioned to get the best results. I would highly recommend.

I have tried Pilates in the past and did not feel the benefit but my sessions at Emm Pilates have really made a difference

I have done mat Pilates for over 6 years but never used the Reformer. Emm gave me my first lesson on the machine in her lovely attic studio. She was very detailed in her explanation of each exercise and very careful to ensure that I did not attempt anything I was not capable of. I felt the Reformer made me more aware of the need for control when doing Pilates and Emm was very approachable and encouraging as an instructor. I am looking forward to my next lesson.

Emm is clearly very passionate about teaching pilates and getting the most out of her clients along with ensuring you get the most out of your body! I've been to both group and individual mat sessions and am already feeling the benefit. Very much looking forward to my reformer session next week.
