A great introduction into Nuformer Pilates, the machines were easy to use and the guides/videos broke everything down so simply. I love that I can take control of my own workouts and development whilst still having the support from helpful staff members! A great studio!

Really enjoying the new studio. The reformers are very good quality, easy to use, and the workout programs are great (I particularly like the mobility series). I enjoy the flexibility of booking when it suits me. Throughly recommend these studios.

What a phenomenal Pilates studio! Modern, sleek and state of the art facilities in a really central location in Marlow. My workout felt personalized and our guide Jess was really helpful and friendly throughout. Couldnt recommend this more. Hebas new reformer (the Nuforma) is really high tech, with endless new functions, directional speakers and touch screens. Felt like a world class workout in a luxurious setting. Excited to come back again!

Absolutely love Heba pilates, i have had a lifetime of back operations and still more to come. You can make Heba pilates as easy or as tough as you like. They have so many workouts for you to choose from everytime you visit, i absolutely love going. Most importantly you will never get it wrong the staff are always amazing and always looking to help out. A massive thankyou to Alison, Laura & Deborah at the Windsor Marina branch they have been amazing .
