Glade Pharmacy

Most unhelpful Pharmacist and Staff other than the assistant with long, black hair who is very pleasant. I am always made to feel that I am wasting their time. Lacking in interpersonal skills and not a smile to be seen.

I've been calling Glade, on behalf of my elderly mother, for SIX days. No answer, ever. Do they ever take phone calls???

Collected my script this morning - when i got it home there were 5 items missing so had to do a returning journey after trying to call several times with no answer. When I eventually got served no apology for their mistake and gave me another bag with meds still with an item missing - pharmacist told me i hadnt ordered it and i needed to speak with surgery and wasnt his problem - proceeded to tell me he didnt have it anyway. Rude and unprofessional no privacy to discuss meds and having to list all my order infront of about 8 other patients - no consideration for patient privacy or care

Never a welcoming reception here. Why is this the only pharmacy that insists on asking for your full name, address and date of birthin front of awaiting customers?! A scammers open invitation. And the uninterested old woman who often servesplease retire gracefully!
