    I bought a pack of sessions with Pure Lifestyles and it turned out to be all that I wanted. The PT has motivated me to get back into fitness - and that's because I had fun and saw results. I don't have back pain anymore and I feel stronger overall - only after 8 sessions. She payed attention to my aches and adapted excercises, and pushed me further accordingly. With these things you have to find someone who loves what they do and she does - she's brilliant and that's contagious - thank you so much Lindsey :)

    Lindsay is a great motivational trainer who has helped me go from not exercising at all the enjoying a few Burpees and regularly getting a good sweat on! In all of her exercises she offers lower impact options but encourages you to work as hard as you can. I look forward to working out live three mornings a week on the members area and having the flexibility of accessing a great range of work outs if I want to exercise around those times.

    We have been joining the Pure Lifestyles early morning sessions since lockdown began and I have no hesitation In saying this is the best system I have found for all round fitness. Total body attention and plenty of cardio to keep the heart rate up. There is no doubt that I feel stronger and fitter now than I have for years. If I can do it at 63 then there is no excuse for anyone not to have a go too. I also have a very dodgy back and have not been troubled at all during this whole period which is brilliant. To me this shows how careful and professional the demonstrations and continual live feedback on how you should be approaching each exercise are. On top of the exercises, the communication is fantastic with great feedback to your comments and any upcoming workouts. If you are a Pure Lifestyles Member, as we are, you also have access to live workouts as well as extra online workouts, post exercise stretching, tutorials and low impact sessions along with nutritional advice and pre/post natal advice if you are interested. All in all this is an excellent system and I fully recommend Pure Lifestyles to anyone!

    Ive trained with Lindsay since the very beginning and she still manages to make every workout different, challenging and great fun. Its great to have a trainer who understands that balance is required in life. I used to try out other classes but none of them came close to being as effective or had such a great community of members. I love that she has added Pilates to her repertoire too! Looking forward to joining her Strong Mums group for pre and post natal training, nutrition and general support. Her cook book also has some awesome recipes!

    I have been training with Lindsay, live on line since lockdown. 20 minute sessions 3 times a week, great way to start the day at 7am, perfect mix of training, no gimmicks, just burn, sweat and tone. Weights and HIIT, Lindsay ALWAYS gives you the low impact version too. Every session is different, working every muscle group without knowing it. Clear concise and friendly. What I like is, although we have never met I feel the members are a team. If you are looking for inspiration, SIGN UP, you wont regret it! Lindsay is there to answer any questions on nutrition too. Sometimes you just dont feel like it, but so glad you did it RESULTS. Thank you
