Post a bad case of covid I needed a personal trainer who focused on body recovery and development from low level to help me recover my strength and body movement. Day was fantastic at focusing on form and building confidence and muscle development. I have never had such a professional education and installation of confidence. I was able to lose weight, gain strength and set myself a new normal for body development and exercise. A lot of trainers focus on - how to look good, Day focuses on what you body needs and how to achieve this from core foundation upwards to ensure understanding and development.

I started training with Day in a bid to improve my overall fitness and strength, but what I have achieved was much more than this. I was able to perform excercises I never imagined I could do. Day motivated me to train for different challenges (Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours, Reading Half-marathon etc.) and his expert knowledge, positivity and encouragement drove me forward and helped me to prepare. His routines are amazing and each programme is different and tailored to your needs. I simply can't recommend Day enough, he is a great personal trainer and a very nice person, too.

It was my great pleasure to train with Day over a two year period. Day brings a wealth of experience and helped me focus on my goals - to build strength and lose weight. Day was flexible to my job and was often able to juggle slots to fit me in when my schedule changed which was really helpful. He's a good guy and one of those rare people who goes the extra mile to help. In short, if you get the chance to train with Day I'd really reccomend him, he's great!

Day is both an incredible trainer and mentor. His positive approach helps everyone from Athletes to the more normal of us through a consultative and outcome based approach. This approach has allowed me to increase me strength by almost 250% in approx 4 months. The best part of day is that he really cares - I could not recommend him enough....
