Working with Jason over the last 6 months has been fantastic, mainly on kickboxing, he has helped me immensely on grasping the basics and pushed me further to ensure not only correct techniques but more powerful kicks and punches, he is able to work around any existing injuries and can suggest ways to help recovery. He is upbeat and positive. I highly recommend training with Jason either kickboxing or fitness. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

I've trained with Jason twice so far and plan to build a long term working relationship with him to get better at boxing and kickboxing. In the 2 hours I have trained with him I have already developed necessary skills in combat, both cognitive and physical. My sidekick is much better as well as my jab and cross. He is a great listener and also has a great SOH, but also manages to maintain a firmness when teaching. I couldn't ask for a better coach!

Jason is very knowledgeable. He connects well with my son and has created him a personalised training program which he loves and is highly motivated. Ben enjoys training with Jason and gets a lot out of his sessions.

Jase is the best trainer, turned friend Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. In my time with him, Ive managed to drop a very good amount of weight, whilst building a decent amount of muscle all the while keeping the workouts fresh and exciting through the sport of Kickboxing. Jase takes the time to understand where I am mentally and physically each week and makes necessary adjustments based on what I need which sometimes means pushing me harder or easing up. Jase is super flexible with my ever changing work schedule which allows me to keeping working with him towards each of my goals. Jase is very patient with days where Im feeling flat or the days where techniques just are not sticking, even after taking the occasional nut shot from a high/low kick (sorry mate!) In summary, I couldnt recommend him any more highly and he has been great as my coach throughout a transitional period in my life. Looking forward to many more years fighting him.

Jason is a fantastic trainer, very knowledgeable and an excellent motivator. Jason has found ways to work around a long term ankle injury of mine while increasing the strength and mobility in the joint. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness and technique.
