Oak Tree Osteopathy

I visited Jenny when I developed back pains about 1 week before my holiday and I was very concerned that I would not be able to take part in activities that we had booked for while we were away. Jenny put me at ease straight away and assured me that she would be able to deal with issue and remove the pain, and that my holiday would not be impacted. She did this calmly and competently, and I felt at all times that she was in control. She explained what had gone wrong with my back and how to correct it, and she gave me exercises to do at home. Within a few days I felt much better, and whilst on holiday I was able to take part in all the planned activities with absolutely no back pain. I would recommend Jenny.

Id been suffering from neck pain for quite a while and I went to see Jenny on a recommendation. She is really approachable and professional. She helped my neck pain in one session so much, reducing the pain significantly. As I live abroad it will be a while until I can se her again but I definitely will book in again as soon as I can. Highly recommended.

Jenny is the best! I have had problems with my hip and Achilles for years and had been seeing different Osteopaths for so long...Jenny is the only Osteo which has actually helped me and my injuries and because of her Ive been able to move properly again. 10000% recommend

I went to see Jenny when I developed pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy. I was in so much pain I was struggling to take my dog for a walk and sleeping seemed a distant memory. Over two sessions she worked her magic and I am now managing the pain so much better and am back to my walks and enjoying my pregnancy so much more.

Jenny treated my daughter for a muscle related issue with her foot that was causing her some pain. She was absolutely fabulous at making my daughter feel at ease, both during the diagnosis and subsequent treatment. She continues to do the excerises she was given and I would definitely recommend Oak Tree Osteopathy for older and younger patients alike!
