Having let my lower back pain deteriorate, I gave in, and contacted David at Southview Clinic. Luckily I had an appointment offered the next day, how grateful and lucky. David took great care and attention and was also interested in a holistic approach. He offered great guidance and advice. I could not be without Southview Clinic in my life! Having gone through a period of ill health back in 2007, Southview Clinic treated the side effects I experienced from medical intervention and got me through gruelling treatment with acupuncture. More recently during lock down and having to work from home sitting all day, I suffered an acute flare up of sciatica of which I was prescribed a cocktail of pain relief from my GP to ease the agony. On the day I called David and Alex Reynolds at Southview Clinic, whilst being in my third week off from work, David answered the phone! To my joy he informed me the clinic had reopened that week! An appointment was booked promptly and the treatment was a relief to say the least. I was back to work the following week and no more pain! I was very impressed too by the safe precautions and procedures South view Clinic had put in place to protect its patients from infection of C -19. Temperature check, hand sanitiser, face masks worn by both me and David, a paper bag for my possessions and the assurance that a full and thorough disinfectant process takes place between each patient appointment. My husband and I both have physical jobs and David & Alex Reynolds have really helped both of us so much over the years, treating anything from my dodgy neck, damaged lower back and a shoulder injury, to my husbands wear & tear in his lower back and an arm injury.

During the last seven years or so, Alex has given me a huge amount of support with my chronic issues. She has a very caring and holistic approach that goes well above and beyond that of many other practitioners I have seen. She takes time out to listen and adapt according to my needs. Alex works well to ensure I follow exercises in the right way for me and that they are helping. The acupuncture also works well to help calm things down. Thanks Alex, you truly are brilliant !
