I was recommended to David by my personal trainer as I was having continued back and leg pain, he has been working with me since January and I can honestly say I am now pain free, he is informative and very thorough and will give you advice on changes to help yourself and stay well for the future, very nice guy :)

Absolutely amazed at the progress I've made in just two weeks. After the NHS told me my only options were surgery or steroids, I decided to try David's clinic. His treatment/exercise plan has already almost completely reversed the pain and lack of mobility I was experiencing. I highly recommend his services!

I went to see David with a neck problem and a couple other muscular issues that were causing bother on a daily basis. after the first session I was feeling considerably better and after 5 sessions in total I can honestly say was feeling back to my normal self. highly recommend and will be booking myself in for a overall check up when needed.
