Simon and his team have helped us with the design of our 3 bathrooms, wardrobes and kitchen in the past 12 months and we couldn't be happier. Very friendly, patient and professional team. The design is stunning and the quality is superb. We had our 1880 home completely refurbished and it looks amazing. Thank you Simon and team for all your help. We have used MKB for a bathroom , dressing room , cloakroom refurbishment and also for a range of kitchen appliances . From our initial meeting we were very impressed with Simon's design ideas and his ability to fully understand our budget requirements . He listened to our design ideas and with his considerable expertise was able to guide us . His attention to detail and passion and pride in what he does shone through . Simon works very closely with his installation team and indeed visited the site on several occasions to check on progress . We have used MKB Marlow several times over the years, the most recent time for the design and installation of a bespoke kitchen. The finished product well exceeds our expectations, we are utterly delighted how it has turned out. It is often said that how firms act when things go wrong is the criteria on which they should be judged. In this instance, there were a number problems, none of which were attributable to MKB and all were dealt with swiftly where possible otherwise at the earliest opportunity, every measure taken to achieve a satisfactory outcome. We fully recommend this company.
