    Bought Cordless Patio Cleaner (order ref:166841) and a pack of 3 spare Wire Brushes (read the reviews, you WILL need spares). Tool arrived, no brushes. Refund given with no explanation. Checked website, out of stock. Wouldn't have purchased if I knew I couldn't get spares as the tool is useless without spare brushes. Rang customer 'service.' Unbelievably awful woman with stinking attitude just said 'what's your query?!' in such a sarcastic tone. I asked what I'd done wrong for her to be in such a bad mood. She just said louder 'What's your query!' I asked to speak to a manager, she just went 'ok' and put me on hold for 30 minutes after which I gave up (clearly that was the plan). Have sent message to ask for full refund. Don't hold out much hope. Awful company to do business with.

    Just bought a Ryobi cordless strimmer, ok "trimmer "if you insist! Trying to register the purchase. No information plate on the unit, what I assume is the serial number on the box. Wants a "W" number and won't let me proceed until I fill that in so I've stopped bothering with the warranty application before I waste more of what's left of my life. I bought the thing direct from Ryobi, as I did with the folding table saw a couple of years ago so they know when and where I purchased it. I think these companies make things as difficult as they can for people so they don't bother. Also, put the "trimmer" together out of the box. The "auto-feed" doesn't't work properly and the cord just tightens up on the reel and has to be re-wound and then tightens again so you may assume I'm profoundly dissatisfied!
