Umar Mirza represented me in my divorce proceedings. In the first meeting, we established what a good outcome would look like, and while I was quite emotional along the way, he kept me grounded on what was important, which was a fair settlement which wouldn't end in animosity as I have the health and welfare of two precious boys to consider. He helped keep my interactions with my ex-wife measured and balanced with the main goal of having a good co-parenting relationship, once we completed. As Curzon Green embraces a mediation ethos, the fees were incredibly reasonable, largely due to the honesty and integrity Umar brings with him, especially when a few grenades were lobbed in our direction. He's incredibly empathetic, stern when needed, but is all about preserving life after divorce. There are no quick wins in a divorce, but you can be assured that you will win in the end with Umar.
