Clare Cogan Hypnotherapy in Marlow

I have just completed Clare's tools for Teens course and it was highly informative, well paced and full of great tips. I would definitely recommend to any parent of a teenager or tween.

I really enjoyed my session wth Clare. I wanted to focus on a new project and was not quite finding the energy to get going so we looked at this and Clare created a powerful visualisation to enable me to see the way forward more clearly. I guess you could say it made the project more real. Clare is a lovely person and she made me feel welcome and safe in her treatment space. Recommended.

Clare's course for pre-teens & teens has been so very valuable. Lots of topics covered and lots of explanation that has helped me to support my child during this transitional phase. I would highly recommend Clare's services.

Thanks Clare - I have really enjoyed learning how the teenage brain works this week. So helpful. My girls have enjoyed the oils and I can see a real benefit in using them. They smell devine! Your knowledge and calm talking is great and really easy for me to understand. Really great course that I could pick up on each post when convenient to me. Thanks!
