I could not agree more with ALL of the comments on here. Ive been a loyal customer for over 2 years. Unfortunately our regular cleaner who was AMAZING, didnt return after Christmas, so we had a new cleaner. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement, the house was still filthy. I shared evidence of the photos and received the most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful comments back. Nothing remotely reasonable. I said I wasnt going to pay the full amount and offered as a compromise to pay half? He told me that he would see me in court. NEVER EVER use this company, they are an utter disgrace and shouldnt be allowed to do this to clients. Im in shock. Services: General housekeeping, Standard cleaning

While the services provided by the individual cleaners is good the service from the business owners is unreasonable. You will never be able to cancel or postpone a clean without being charged. Should your usual cleaner not be available (they will arrange an alternative however if like me you prefer to meet people entering your home the first time so ask to skip the clean as not your usual cleaner.) again you will be charged. If you ask to skip a clean due to being on holiday again you will be charged no matter how much notice you give. Even when the circumstances are out of your control and due to an issue on their side so you cannot move forward with a clean they collect direct debits without your approval.
