Had been having the grilled chicken burger near enough 3-4 times a week since they established as a business but I did recently change it up a bit and found that the grilled chicken wrap and the combo burgers hit the spot even sweeter This place is a must try for everyone in the area. Will be trying out their new range one by one and I'm sure it will be getting better and better.

Worst experience ever! We ordered the Mega Platter for 24.99 with an extra large portion of fries bringing the bill to 27.98 which included a 50p unexplained surcharge. The Mega Platter was meant to consist of 2 full chickens, 5 wings, 5 strips, mixed salad, 3 large fries (with the extra one ordered), 4 grilled naans and the afore mentioned bottle of Tango Orange. What we received was what looked like the Mixed Platter consisting of 1 whole chicken cut in two halves, 5 wings, 5 strips, mixed salad, 2 large fries (with the extra one ordered), 2 gilled naans and the bottle of Tango Orange. So right from the start things weren't looking good. And now for the food: The chicken was clearly cooked too fast as it was burned on the outside and still raw in places near the bone making it inedible. Furthermore, I clearly ordered the mild version and if what we got was meant to be mild, I would recommend anyone brave enough to order hot or extra hot to alert the fire brigade in advance. The naans were also burned and inedible. The mixed salad was a joke. It had a gerkhin, a bit of onions and lettuce, a couple of jalapenos and some olives. I know never to expect the picture on the menus of fast food outlets to correspond with what is delivered but the image of the mixed salad on the menu was so far from reality it borders on misrepresentation. The fries were acceptable but as they were the only thing left we could eat, they were nowhere near enough to feed a family of five. The best part of it was the bottle of Tango Orange that came with it making it the most expensive bottle of Tango I ever bought in my life. If the order was confused I guess the intended recipients had a lucky escape. I can already hear people saying - "Why didn't you call and complain??" - but after the disappointment to this order and the fact we had to feed three children that were still hungry, I had absolutely no desire to argue on the phone about it in the hope for either a refund or to wait a further hour hoping to get lucky this time. If we want chicken in future I guess we'll stick to KFC.

Tonight was my first order, the delivery driver was so polite & lovely & OMG the food was absolutely delicious, the portion size great & great price for the amount & the lovely food, thank you Marlow Peri Peri..........we WILL be ordering again
