        COMPLETELY unhelpful if you call, even if you require attention with some level of urgency (obviously not 999 level). Everything has to be done through the website and they wont tell you anything over the phone or talk to you at all. Not sure why they even bother have a phone given they refuse to speak to you or tell you anything.

        After an unhelpful interaction with admin 2 months ago staff (often rude), I had a very positive experience with both. From consultation to administration post appt. Particularly worth a mention is Dr Keeling. A knowledgeable, empathetic and thorough doctor. Thank you for your service.

        Complete Joke. I can't even get referred to a specialist for my own PRIVATE healthcare. They're online booking system is poor and most of the time is unavailable. I have been unable to book an appointment for months. Whoever runs this surgery should be embarrassed.
