        Always had a lovely experience in this store until today. It appeared that two members of the team were being negative about my wife playing music very softly for our daughter. She's very young, 4 months and it soothes her. It was barely audible and if they had asked we would have been happy to turn it off. Genuinely appreciate soothing our child isn't top priority for others. But them making snide comments still left a nasty feeling. They obviously didn't realise I was related to the lady they were talking about. They then continued to moan about the Disney lady?!? Real shame as the lady that helped me was the usual lovely person we encounter. if I got the wrong impression then Im happy to remove the review, but maybe its just a good idea not to speak negatively customers while on the shop floor.
