        I really wanted to like a company espousing the ideals we shared. However they automatically sign the user up to postal marketing after each order, requiring the user to remember to re-opt out of the marketing. This both generates unnecessary waste and unwanted communications for the user. The company hides behind "legitimate marketing interest" to defend producing this. I really hope they can reconsider this bizarre policy for a company pushing ethics.

        Very impressed with delivery, I ordered a fairly large quantity of the Suma Alternative soaps on Tuesday (22nd December) and they've arrived this morning (24th December)! Normally delivery can be about a week, so considering we're in Christmas week, 2 days is amazing! Thank you Ethical Superstore.

        I ordered 10 litres of Ecover washing-up liquid from this store and later discovered it is cheaper to buy it in Tescos, even without the 3.95 cost of delivery.
