        Id like to mention a brilliant member of your team Sharon from the Marlow Branch. My daughter loved collecting the mini foods which I used to receive in exchange for spending. I asked Sharon whether M and S were still doing them. Unfortunately they no longer do but Sharon was able to retrieve some personal ones. I met her at the store and she brought them in especially, my daughter was delighted. Sharon even remembered my daughters name when giving the very generous items. I often buy from the store and whilst I was queuing to pay I noticed Sharon was assisting an elderly gentleman with packing his shopping. Customer serviced at its best
