I cannot recommend Simon Durrant and his team highly enough. I have had ongoing problems with my roof for years and a string of different companies 'patching it up' (badly...) Simon got to the root of the problem and has done an incredible job making our home watertight. His team were a complete pleasure to have in our home, polite, courteous, tidy and unobtrusive. The standard of their workmanship was fantastic. I will be using Simon again for future projects and would recommend his services for anyone wanting a thoroughly professional job.

In September of 2022, Simon, Joe and Tom transformed our house with a garage conversion, roof extension and bathroom build for us. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and have been impressed with the team's attentiveness, transparency & efficiency every step of the way. Having previously spent a couple of months contact various other companies, finding Simon, Joe and Tom was a real breath of fresh air. Sometimes these google reviews have a tendency to be generic, below is a list of some of the specific areas in which our expectations were exceeded. - Extremely high quality finish all round - Clear communication of progress, what was next in line to happen and what to expect - Offered choices well in advance to allow us time to decide on finishes of brick, bathroom etc etc. - Always on site to greet and introduce us trades outside of the core team (plasterers, plumbers etc) - Close knit contacts within Marlow council allowing speedy inspection for building regs - Would visit site at the end of the day to ensure the house was swept clean (even when not on site during plastering) - Pulled forward the start date to help us out with some urgent timing issues we had - Finished ahead of the projected finish date (by ~20%!) - Itemised quotation as standard detailing every aspect of the build - allowing for informed decisions. Courteous, professional, efficient. Were extremely happy with the result, and will be recommending Joe, Simon and Tom to anyone we know looking for work.

In Summer 2020 we embark on finding a builder for our house extension and renovation project. I stumbled across Simon's company on a chance walk, as Simon was working on a property on my road. I am so happy that this chance encounter resulted in the use of Simon's company and would highly recommend his services for any project you are undertaking. The initial planning and scoping of the work was professional and responsive. Simon took the time to visit our house on a few occasions and understood our needs. We agreed to start the work in February 2021 and Simon set a timeline for completion, maintaining regular contact throughout and providing peace of mind. When we started the build I found the team to be courteous, polite and hard working. Joe and Tom were present throughout the build, providing responsive communication and taking the time to listen to any feedback or questions I had. This helped me understand what was happening and when and what to expect at each milestone of the project. The sub-contractors Simon uses were again all very friendly and polite and as a result we have a lovely home, finished to a fantastic specification and all achieved within budget and timeframes agreed. Thank you Simon/Joe/Tom (and all the guys throughout).
