        Brian diagnosed the problem causing my laptop to run slowly- an aged disk drive- and thence proceeded to replace it with a new SSD. He also updated some software on the laptop to newer versions he thought useful, and gave his opinion on the overall viability of the laptop. The laptop now runs faster than it ever did, and the software is working fine. Brian is clearly an expert who enjoys what he does. He offers independent advice and fairly-priced services. Thanks again Brian!

        My HP Envy blue screened and then black screened. To replace would have cost ~1500. Because of Brian's 5* reviews I contacted him and that afternoon popped the laptop over. I thought it was worth a punt. The problem was memory. Brian replaced, upgraded (8 to16GB) cleaned both inside and out, and thoroughly electronically soak tested it. We kept in touch throughout the process. I won't say how much the repair cost, but it was excellent, excellent value. Highly recommended.
