Marlow Car Wash Centre

Took my Ford Freda (8 seat camper) into the Marlow Car Wash on Friday 6th January 2023 and the machine broke my rear reversing mirror. On exiting the car wash, I went straight into the Service Dept. to complain and take in the broken mirror glass. I was met by uninterest and arrogance. I asked to speak to the manager (and after ages waiting) he appeared. Not only was there no apology, he suggested that the mirror was probably weak and was already broken. Even though it's a Ford; he would not help-not even a refund of the cost of the wash. I thought this was a 'local family owned company' who cared. Not a bit, they only care about themselves. I was expecting a good response, an apology, the FORD part to be ordered and fitted by them for free. No chance. Is this how they treat the locals? What a vile attitude to have and an embarrassment of a Ford Motor Company dealership. (posting this now as my original complaint went onto the Platts car servicing Google reviews not knowing that the Marlow Car Wash was separate).

I used the jet wash and for 8 it was cheaper and I did a better job than if I had paid someone 20,you just tap your card everytime the 2 is used its easy to use

It hade 4 and didn't give me any time when I did contact less on my card
