        Boots Pharmacy has completely lost the plot with long delays in processing orders, staff shortages, reduced hours and often rude responses. Ive transferred to another pharmacy.

        Recently the pharmacy service has been overwhelmed with it taking 10 days for a prescription to be dispensed. No reasons given. Poor communication resulting in wasted trips. Staff very pleasant- but still not good enough Im afraid
