It was my first time as a patient. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Given a free consultation and decided to go ahead with treatment (skin tag removal). It was painless and quick. I would highly recommend their services and would not hesitate going again.

Very poor service. Nobody picks up the landline number or mobile phone number listed on the website. The owner hardly cares at all on bookings. Very bad service.

Response - I have just read the response and I am horrified to see the reaction. Absolute rubbish! Truly shocking and a real embarrassment to the clinic... I am not the first person to make a review about the way you speak to people. I did not cancel several times amongst the rest. I am STILL waiting to be refunded! The woman who owns this salon is extremely rude. I bought a groupon voucher for thee sessions microabrasion. The first session was fine, wasn't particularly impressed but it was okay and I was happy to go back and finish my course. I was given a card with a date and time on their to remind me of my next appointment. As I couldn't find the card I called up and the woman who runs this place was shocked at how unbelievably rude and unprofessional she was. She was saying that it would take her hours to find my appointment and wouldn't be able to do this and should know better then to lose my card. I told her that I found it patronizing and suggested maybe they remind people via text in future.. I also expressed my concern as I will lose my appointment - she hung up. I then emailed the place to again find out when my appointment was... within 20 minutes I had a response confirming my appointment which was a bit strange after the conversation I had just had. I then emailed back to try and book my appointment.. this was the first time I had tried booking an appointment via email and this was the response I was given. How many times we have explained that unfortunately due to sheer number of group on calls we are not able to offer appointment through e mail! Anyway I managed to get it booked in the end after you can see their was a LOT of hassle. By the third appointment, I was driving to the clinic and 15 minutes before my appointment I called the clinic to see if the appointment was still happening as I was on my way. The woman again who owns the place started getting very irate and emotional saying she was unable to confirm this. The conversation ended by her telling me to f off and that I wasn't allowed to come for my last treatment. I still have not been refunded and basically I would advise anyone to stay clear!
