this care home is one of the best I have visited, always a lovely walm welcome, very polite and helpful careers. tea, coffee, and a few refreshments are available, I have nothing negative to say about this carehome. only one downside is that it is quite expensive for residents to stay there.

I was privileged to receive an invitation to lunch at Sir Aubrey Ward House, Boxing Day 2022. And oh my word. after a warm, generous welcome, I and two friends were given a short tour of the Home - most impressive. We joined a few others for a truly delicious lunch with all the trimmings. Quite amazing. And the party games that followed turned the group into a bunch of giggling, geriatric teenagers. All this went like clockwork thanks to Annie who, with her helpers, hosted the event with such expertise, friendliness and fun. I departed Sir Aubrey Ward House with a smile on my face, a spring in my step and a strange feeling of reluctance.

It is a shame that the improvements couldn't have started earlier, and then my family member wouldn't have been moved by bucks County Council and their social workers .due to the poor care and lack of policies and and procedures not being followed .communication is still not a strong point. Still have a unit closed waiting on refurbishment....from a year ago !!

Each time I call in to see Mum, who only went into the home three days ago, the staff are numerous and very pleasant indeed. The atmosphere is positive and the home itself is spotlessly clean and warm with lots of nice and varied seating areas.

I'd just like to say what a wonderful home you have. From the moment I stepped in, it smelt clean and clinical. The staff that greeted me, Kandi and Sue, were very warm and polite. I'd like to say thank you
