Wry nice, not cheap but lovely place to eat

We had been for a breakfast several weeks ago and were very impressed with the quality of the food and presentation however, when we had lunch yesterday it couldn't have been more of a difference. We waited for nearly an hour for a luke warm plate of food which had clearly been standing for some time. We asked the waitress how long the food would be after 45 minutes and she said five to ten minutes, no apology whatsoever..sorry not impressed.
