        The service kay gave was amazing I suffered trauma abuse in childhood that turned into depression and alcohol problems later in life.i have been to therapy 3 times in the past through the NHS never would I go through them again.kay had empathy understanding and gave me the tools to deal with my trauma I'm tea total for 19 months and moving forward with my life thanks to kay ,myself ,lifestyle changes 10 out of 10 .

        Kay has made a significant impact on me understanding the routes of my difficulties. She is very good at listening and picking out the aspects that lead to really important issues. I'm very grateful for the far-reaching implications of what I have learnt about my past. Kay is very good at being friendly but always maintaining a professional approach. Highly recommended.
