Excellent from start to finish. The entire team were lovely and supportive, the Vet could not have done more. We discussed every option, I feel confident in the decisions we made together were the right ones for my Cat.

Tom diagnosed a heart murmur in my Norfolk terrier and was quick to arrange a cardio scan which resulted in heart tablets for life for Sookie. Without his diagnosis I may well not have Sookie now. He is professional, thorough, efficient, kind and explains clearly and listens. I cannot recommend him and Pet Practice Marlborough more thoroughly. Thank you
