Very proud owner of my new BMW! Genuinely the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. Great customer service from the start. The vehicle was even better on collection than the viewing, thanks to the inspection prior to collection. They even picked me up from thatcham to collect it! The free coffee is tasty too!

Bit late writing a review, have owned my Golf R for 1 year now - cannot fault the car at all, The Elm Tree team were outstanding with me, from start to finish, offered me a great price on my Audi A6 for a part exchange and I picked up my Golf R within a week, fast and communication was great at all times, would 100% buy a car again from this garage, btw guys the car has been through a few changes since then aha, hope you are all well and Merry Christmas :)
