        I had CCTV installed a couple of years ago and at the time they refused to provide the admin password to the CCTV system. I thought nothing of it at the time however when I changed my internet router it required the admin password to reconfigure the system. When I got in contact with them they told me they had lost the password and that I should pay for a technician to fix it!!
