        Booked a reservation for a late lunch then we tried to push it forward and they hadnt even got a table reserved for us. If youve made a reservation dont bother because its likely they wont have bothered to actually book a table. We werent made aware and we stayed with them yet the hotel staff made no effort to tell us they couldnt do the reservation but they only told US WHEN WE rang up to move the table. Very unimpressed and we will not be staying there again. Absolutely appalled with this.
