I re ordered via Deliveroo today after my last order there was a missing dish. At that time when I informed them of this I was promised after my next order a starter item would be given at 0, if I rung up after placing my order . Today when I rang after placing my order they said they cant because the person I spoke to wasnt there. I am a customer, but they treated me like a phony. It was their mistake in the first place for omitting an item I had paid for. At 10 a dish my order Value is high. Poorly managed and they dont hold any regard for customers or loyalty, manager was too busy to speak to me. The kaju curry theyve sent is also drowning in oil.
