        Really excellent service. I didn't have to wait long to be served and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. She even showed me how I could legitimately save some money on my postage. I came away feeling very positive about the whole experience. And, in the current heatwave, the air conditioning certainly helped!

        Frustratingly they have a real problem with ignoring a long queue building up in favour of chatting to colleagues or doing light admin. It would be very helpful if they could stop what theyre doing for 5 mins to clear the queue and then do any office work when its quiet. Sometimes you can be waiting in here for 15 minutes to get served.
