        I had an eye test and recieved new glasses with new prescription and because of my nerve condition they were too strong so had a new weaker pair made which were still too strong, I kept asking for last year's prescription back nd was fobbed off and told I had to go in on Monday not Saturday because they don't deal with that till Monday and then told the manager isn't there. In the end they gave me the previous glasses and said they were my old prescription. I was dubious as not enough time to make them new ones. So, I tried them and still had head pain. Maybe they thought if they didn't tell me it would magically be ok for me. Not happy atall with their service. I only wanted my old prescription didn't think that was a problem. Seems it was. There's no option for 0 stars. Very bad service
