        Very helpful. Very busy, I was on sticks, I had to ask to sit Fownhope. No one was very helpful in helping me get some glasses to choose as I couldn't walk far. Found aome eventually.

        Ive been asked how Ive got on with my new glasses - I dont have them yet ! The Lenses fell out of one pair and the bifocal lenses in the other pair appeared to be upside down. Not impressed.

        Having to drive 1hr for my 2 weeks booked eye test and eventually getting late for about 15 mins due to not being able to locate exactly where the office is as it keeps taking me to a car park. On getting there I was told I wont be seen as I was late for 15min . Very disappointing!
