I was introduced to Parth by a friend who had purchase a house using Let to buy mortgage. We explained our situation to him as it was a joint application with each of us having two incomes from different employers. He did a thorough research and explained all the options to us talking our circumstances into consideration. The whole process was going smoothly and we had an offer for the Residential and was in the process of submitting a full application for the let to buy(existing property) when the Mini Budget was read. The budget severely impacted the economy and the banks withdraw most of the products on the market. Because of this Parth had to do a new research taking into consideration the new affordability test and the interest rates explaining every detail to us before submitting the applications. He kept us informed through out the process until completion.I still contact him every now and then for advice. Really pleased with the service provided by Parth. In today's dynamic environment where the mortgage products are disappearing every minute, Parth managed to submit our request just before a product was about to be withdrawn.
