        My Grandad had a respite stay with Highfield, and I can honestly say that he was incredibly happy. And very sad when it was time to go. He was safe, well fed, loved the company and activities. His room was clean and tidy at all times. The staff were helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure he was well cared for. The manager was very I formative making sure that we were kept informed of everything that was happening to Grandad. Nothing was too much trouble. Would I recommend Highfield Residential Home? Yes definitely. Keep up the good work.

        The carers are brilliant, it's a very warm friendly feel. It feels like a proper "home", unlike many other residential care homes. I have complete peace of mind that mum is being looked after and is happy.

        My sister and myself booked our uncle into Highfieldcare home 6weeks ago and can not say a bad word about the home he was like a new man once he went in and loved the Staff and said it was better than a 5star Hotel.
