I recently sold my house through Jones Robinson, and they were thoroughly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, always easy to get hold of and communication was very good throughout the whole process. When our first buyer pulled out unexpectedly in December, Jones Robinson were quick to get the house back on the market, and we had a second buyer within 2 weeks. The team at the Marlborough office deserve particular mention for helping to make what for me was an emotionally tricky process so much more bearable. Highly recommend them.

Jones Robinson were instructed to run the block management for one of our sites. They prepared an inaccurate service charge budget, were impossible to get hold of and tenants money went missing for over a year. Use at your peril!
